Chef required (CDP - SOUS)
£24,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Our client is a Fresh food gastro pub near Saffron Walden. (25mins from Cambridge, Bishops Stortford, Haverhill, Dunmow.)
They are looking for a strong CDP or Sous who can bring new and fresh ideas to their recently renovated pub. Their aim is for the pub to become the hive of the community, a great hub for social events and people to get together, while offering a formal or relaxed dining experience.
- 2 years minimum experience required in fresh food kitchen.
- Some rosette experience preferred but not essential.
- Will need own knives. Equipment provided. Whites can be provided.
- Own transport is likely required due to location.
- The role will consist of 4 split shifts and 1 straight shift, 5 days a week. However, in some circumstances straight shifts can be arranged.
- Overtime will be available and paid if working over the 48-hour threshold.
