This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join a leading financial software firm in a senior implementation role. In this role you will be leading bespoke software implementation projects for investment funds across Europe and the US.
About our client:
Our client offers an industry-specific, highly configurable software platform that solves challenges across the investment landscape for fund managers, deal teams and investors.
If you're curious about software, have a strong track record delivering data and/or technology projects, and have a logical and friendly approach to problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced project manager to join their growing team. You will be managing multiple concurrent projects for clients so you must be calm under pressure and have exceptional communication skills. Ideally you will have a blend of financial knowledge and technology experience, although you do not need to be from a software background to apply for this role – the opportunity would also suit someone with a good foundational understanding of finance and investment businesses, who has worked on consulting projects and has a genuine passion for technology.
It would be helpful if you have exposure to a range of project methodologies and/or business analysis techniques. You may be working as a project manager today, or in a consulting or implementation role. Experience working with clients, particularly senior stakeholders would be advantageous. Candidates should have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
This is a challenging job with excellent development opportunities in a fast growing, innovative company. You can also expect:
- Competitive base salary
- Bonus potential
- 25 days of holiday per year (plus UK bank holidays)
- Study support for professional training or to gain relevant qualifications
- A working climate based on mutual trust and co-operation
- Opportunity to work directly with senior level executives
- A blend of remote working and time based at the office in Central London.
