Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting an Ipswich based business with the recruitment of an experienced PA.
Working for a growing professional organisation, this role will be a key member of the team supporting two busy Directors.
Responsibilities include;
- Daily support of the Directors
- Client liaison
- Document management
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings
- Report creation
- Producing minutes and any follow up actions
- Liaising with external bodies and suppliers
- Audio typing; documents, letters and tenders
- Travel arrangements
- Invoicing on behalf of Partners
- Managing the electronic filing system
- Other adhoc administration duties
- Assisting with content for company website
Key attributes required:
- Strong verbal communication and numerical skills
- Previous PA experience
- Audio typing experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
This is an exciting position that has the opportunity to grow with the firm.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
