We are looking for an experienced maintenance/handy person to work in our family run business that provides high quality, person-centred care to our residents
Rate depending on experience, 40 hours per week
Working across several properties, we are seeking an addition to our maintenance team to provide day-to-day maintenance across the site. You will be responsible for all the internal and some of the external maintenance of the various buildings to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents, visitors and team members. You will respond to a variety of requests to carry out repairs and general maintenance to fittings, furniture and equipment, as well as plumbing and minor electrical work.
You will need to have a strong maintenance background with basic knowledge of plumbing, building and/or electrical work together with a good knowledge of health and safety. Previous experience of carrying out maintenance/repairs is a must as well as being able to work as part of a team. You will need to hold a full driving licence.
