We are an award-winning Hospice providing supportive and palliative care for our patients, their families and carers across South Warwickshire and surrounding areas.
We offer a diverse range of services including nursing care and therapies in our Day Hospice, 24/7 Hospice at Home, Adult counselling and Family Support Services and bespoke services for young people, including children’s bereavement service, support for young carers and support for 16-24 year olds with a life limiting illness.

The HR Manager’s role is a generalist role reporting to the CEO. Liaising closely with the senior management team, you will be responsible for day to day running of the HR function, implementation of HR processes and initiatives across the organisation in accordance with the Hospice’s vision, values and strategic objectives. You will line manage the HR Assistant / Voluntary Services Co-Ordinator and support the development of the volunteer workforce. You will co-ordinate training across the organisation, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation including Health & Safety and Data management. You will be a qualified CIPD member or working towards this and ideally will have previous experience within a healthcare / charity setting.
Salary £29,405 - £34,118 per annum depending upon experience.
Hours of Work – 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid / flexible working to meet the needs of the role.
