Hours: 30 - 37.5 hrs pw
Salary: £58,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

Location: Site based with some flexibility to work from home
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic new Head of Clinical and Operational Services to become a pivotal member of our senior management team at The Shakespeare Hospice, an award-winning Hospice based in Stratford upon Avon, offering a range of services and facilities to our patients, carers and their families across South Warwickshire and surrounding areas.
The post holder will take strategic responsibility for ensuring the provision of high standards of supportive palliative and end of life care to the community of South Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. You will be registered with the NMC or HCPC and will demonstrate excellent clinical and operational experience, as well as the vision and leadership which will enable the Hospice to deliver excellent, high quality clinical care to patients with life limiting illness and those who are in the last stages of their life.
We are looking for someone to join our team who has experience of working at a senior level and with boards and executive teams. The post holder must be willing to, on occasion, be able to support events out of normal working hours.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK.
