Job Description

Family and success driven FMCG company based are seeking a Customer Support Administrator around Brixton area in South-west London.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order processing and customer care/service.
  • To effectively process customer sales orders in various formats in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Manage customer expectations, queries and admin in a professional, accurate and courteous manner.
  • Support the growth and changing times of our e-commerce platform and help build and improve the customer service experience online.
  • Manage multiple order mailboxes and platforms to retrieve, process, and confirm orders.
  • Understand and work with backend systems and processes to manage the order process function in a streamlined manner.
  • Respond, manage, and address customer requests and queries efficiently and effectively, by way of telephone support and email.
  • Investigate and resolve day-to-day sales/customer queries and issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • General sales administration and reporting. 
  • Liaise with other teams and departments where there is sales admin cross over.  Work hand in hand with other departments to resolve, investigate and conclude any issues.

You will need to have:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.  Must have a polite and friendly telephone manner and approach.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Highly organised, focused and able to multitask.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines. 
  • Flexible and proactive approach.
  • Driven and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, in particular, Word and Excel
